The Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Saliu Adetunji has installed the Chairman, Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, Engr. Dotun Sanusi as the Mogaji of Olugbade Family, Oja’ba, Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State.
The installation of Engr. Dotun Sanusi which was held on August 5th, 2019, took place at the Popoyemoja, Ibadan Palace of the Olubadan, where eminent personalities including the Iyalode of Ibadan, Chief Laduntan Oyekanmi and members of the Council of Mogajis were present.
The Bada Balogun of Ibadan land, Chief Mikhail Adegboyega, who performed the rites on behalf of Olubadan, disclosed that the installation of Engr. Sanusi as Mogaji has enabled him to be one of the ambassadors of Ibadan and representatives of Olubadan.
Chief Adegboyega, while explaining responsibilities attached to the title, said that Engr. Sanusi has become the head of Olugbade family, hence, saddled him with responsibility of maintaining peace and orderliness in the family.
Engr. Dotun Sanusi was also implored to continue to extend his good gesture to all and sundry within the family, and as well giving necessary respect to chiefs in the land.
