One of the very best in the field of comedy in Nigeria, Gbenga Adeyinka has made a confession saying that each time he remembers God, he becomes sober and submissive more than anybody can imagine.
The comedian made this confession in a chat with PMParrot in Ibadan while speaking about his plan to stage another edition of his Comedy Concert in the capital city of Oyo State.
In his words “I sincerely become sober and reflective when I remember God. This is because I cannot pin-point what it is that I did for Him that He has continued to abide with me and my household.
“The comedy business I brought to Ibadan some 10 years ago is still on. We have also taken the project to Kwara, Ogun, Ondo, Ekiti and Osun States from Ibadan and we have been recording successes. I cannot but be submissive to God. I am appreciative. I also thank all those who have been supporting us.”
While specifically speaking about his plan to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the comedy concert, Adeyinka enthused “I am the happiest man on earth. This is because all is now set to hold another edition of the comedy concert in Ibadan. It will hold on Easter Sunday in April at the prestigious Jogor Center in the same city.
