National Orientation Agency, NOA has been requested to sustain its commitment towards fostering National Unity, driving civic enlightenment and promoting a united, responsible and progressive Nigeria.
The Executive Director of the Centre for Positive Value Reorientation and Advocacy Comrade Abdulwahab Onikanhun made the call during presentation award of excellence to the DG NOA and a book launch “Paradise at a Crossroads” held in Ilorin the Kwara capital.
Comrade Abdulwahab Onikanhun who is also the registrar Ahman Pategi Ilorin said the contribution of NOA in on value reorientation cannot be overemphasized hence the award towards nation building.
He explained that lauded NOA for its pivotal role as the primary government agency tasked with communicating government policies, stimulating patriotic citizenship and safeguarding Nigeria’s cherished national values.
According to him, NOA has remained a steadfast beacon,deligently working to reorient the citizenry and laid solid moral foundation for the nations future.
Receiving the award, the Director General, NOA, Malam Lanre Issa Onilu who appreciated the Center for the honor done him said mandate of NOA is to build a Nigeria where every citizen is informed, patriotic and committed to to the virtues of integrity, hardwork and unity.
Malam Lanre Onilu said the honor will serve as a motivator and reaffermed the agency’s strategies for value reorientation and national rebirth as impactful and realized.
