The Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress Party (NDCP), Dr Johnson Edosomwan has promised to uphold his Six Point Agenda if he is voted in at the February 16, 2019 Presidential election.
Dr. Edosomwan expressed this during his familiarization meeting with the members of NDCP in Osogbo, Osun State and other members from the southwest part of Nigeria, as part of his campaign for the forth coming election.
Some of his Six Point agenda include: Strengthening of National Security, Youth and Women Empowerment, Restructuring of Educational System in Nigeria, Road and Infrastructural Development, Job Creation and Prompt payment of Salary.
Dr. Edosomwan explained that “strengthening of National Security is very important as this is the only way to enhance an enabling business environment while both local and international businesses will be encouraged and this will reduce unemployment rate in our nation.
“My administration will focus on empowering the youth and women as that is another most important aspect every developing nation is focusing on, I will ensure my government gives utmost attention in order to empower our youths and women both mentally, fiscally and physically.
“Construction of some major roads will take effect immediately we resume office in order to enhance the transportation system of the country”.
Dr Johnson Edosomwan is a pioneer in several academic disciplines, a visionary leader, an entrepreneur and innovator with wide experience. He bagged a Doctorate degree in Engineering Management and Economics from George Washington University and has a Professional Engineering Degree from the Columbia University.
The Presidential train will move to Lagos on Saturday 2nd of February for the continuation of its familiarization and campaign tour.
