The Osun State Chapter of the Hope Democratic Party (HDP), one of the political parties that adopted Dr. Bashiru Ajibola in last week National Assembly election in the state has congratulated Dr. Ajibola Bashiru, popularly known as SRJ on his victory at Saturday’s election in the state.
This was contained in a press release made avauilable to journalists in Ilesa by the state Chairman of the Party, Mr. Wole Adedoyin.
Wole Adedoyin in a congratulatory message, said that his party openly adopted Dr. Ajibola Basiru for Osun Central Senatorial seat, designed posters for him and compelled her party’s members to vote for him.
According to Wole Adedoyin, “During the campaign what was important to Ajibola Bashiru popularly called SRJ was the development of the state, advancement of his senatorial district and a better welfarism package for the residents of his senatorial district.
Mr. Adedoyin finally urged the good people of Osun Central Senatorial district to cooperate and work together with Dr. Ajibola Basiru in order to take the district and the state to an enviable and greater height.
