A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State and former Minister of Sports and Special Duties Duties, Professor Taoheed Adedoja has revalidated his membership of the party at his Ward 4 Popoyemoja in Ibadan South West Local Government area of Oyo State.
On arrival for the exercise, he was received by hundreds of party members at his family house at Popoyemoja, Ibadan.
The 2007 Oyo State Governorship candidate of Action Congress expressed his happiness at the large turnout of members of APC and other political parties at the ongoing new membership registration and revalidation exercise.
In his words “this is clear evidence of the acceptability of APC by the masses as the party to beat in any future election in the State and the entire country”.
A member of APC in the same Ward who came for the revalidation exercise, Alhaji Nurudeen Kazeem described Professor Adedoja, a member of the Oyo State APC Elders Advisory Council as “an accomplished leader with integrity worth emulating adding that he has impacted on the fortunes of the party since the registration exercise commenced”.
