Italian Serie A club, Bologna are looking to sign Nigeria’s Super Eagles defender, William Troost-Ekong before the end of the current transfer window.
The Rossoblù manager, Sinisa Mihajlovic is looking to bring in an experience defender after his side failed to keep a clean sheet in their opening three games of the season.
According to Italian market expert, Gianluca Di Marzio, Mihajlovic is keen to lure Troost-Ekong back to Italy.
The 28-year-old played for Serie A club, Udinese between 2018 and 2020, making 66 appearances.
Troost-Ekong lost his place at Watford since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations in February.
He has barely featured for the Hornets in the Sky Bet Championship this season.
