A message has gone out popular lawyer, Chief Adeniyi Akintola, SAN, to Muslims and other leaders in Nigeria as the Muslim feast of eid el kabir is being celebrated.
The focus of the message is God’s love for mankind as demonstrated in the replacement of Ishmael with a ram in the test of faith for prophet Ibrahim.
Chief Adeniyi Akintola, SAN who sent out the message in a statement on Friday said that God will replace the bad times currently being experienced in the land with a good one.
He therefore emphasized the need to sacrifice in every possible way to build the nation of our dreams.
He used the same communication to felicitate with religious and traditional leaders in Oyo state and the rest of the country. Most especially he celebrates with the chief Imam of Ibadan land and all chief Imams in Oyo State.
The learned silk felicitated with the Aare musulumi of Yoruba land, Edo and Delta Alhaji Daud Makanjuola, the Seriki musulumi of Yoruba land Alhaji Abdul Yekeen Adeojo, president general of musulumi in Yoruba land Alhaji Lateef Oyelade and the Iya Adinni of Yoruba land Alhaja Sekinat Adekola.
The good will message also recognized the natural rulers starting from Iku Baba Yeye, the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, the Olubadan of Ibadan land Oba Saliu Adetunji Aje Ogungunniso I, Soun of Ogbomoso land Oba Jimoh Oyewumi Ajagungbade II, the Aseyin of Iseyin Oba Abdul Ganiyu Ajinese, Ologunebi II and all traditional leaders and Muslims in Oyo state and all over Nigeria.
He admonished all to continue to observe the rules of hygiene of nose covering and hand washing very regularly. He concluded by praying against illnesses, most especially corona virus during this period and beyond.
