Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi has said Nigeria requires over 65 per cent of its young population to take the lead in instituting modern governance.
He spoke when he visited Cavista Nigeria, a top digital services solution firm, in Lagos.
The Ooni gave kudos to the Founder and Chairman, Niyi Olajide, for creating advanced technology as a tool for development and job creation.
Olajide, from Erinmope-Ekiti in Ekiti State, is also the founder and president of leading global healthcare technology company, Axxess, a global partner to Cavista.
Oba Ogunwusi said: “Despite the stereotype woven around Nigerian youths, Olajide is putting Nigeria on the world map as a problem-solver.”
He noted that Olajide is setting an example for other business leaders ‘’at a time the best brains are relocating from Nigeria due to a harsh economic climate.
“Olajide is utilising his experience to create opportunities for job creation while ensuring consistent development of technology solutions in healthcare delivery across Africa,” the Ooni said.
