The Chief Executive Officer of Kayrom Lee Group of Companies, Ambassador Romoke Ayinde has reiterated her commitment to the development of sporting activities to groom talented superstars for Nigeria.

“Most times, I see talented young players with great skills who lack the financial and moral support to develop their game to the highest level. I decided to establish RACHBAR (Racket, Aquatic, Ball and Ring) an association committed to helping the young ones from the grassroots discover their talents. I believe with my commitment; their lives will be meaningful”.
She further that she traveled to Orlando Pirates’ base in South Africa and Dubai to understudy their development centers in order to integrate same in her academy located in Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State.
“We even go as far as inviting the parents of the trainees in order to identify their true ages in order to reduce age-cheating. I am committed to proper training and development of our youths but most of them are only interested in the game of football because of its attractive and lucrative nature.
“Social vices are on the increase and our youths must be properly trained to discharged their energy to productive things. I was privileged to be exposed to moral and religious teaching while younger and this really affected my life positively but now, the younger ones are not even ready to learn,” Ambassador Ayinde said.
She, however, urged government at all levels to stop paying lip service to developmental issues affecting the nation while charging youths to be productive and of good behaviour in order not to become tools in the hands of the devil.
