International brand, Sinomart Superstore which opened for business in Ibadan last Saturday, September 5th got its customers embarrassed as the roof of the main shopping hall leaked profusely during a torrential down pour on Wednesday afternoon.
PMParrot witness informed that customers avoided at least six spots where water was gushing inside the exclusive shopping hall.
Said our source, “senior Chinese officials of Sinomart marked the spots where the roof was leaking and brought in emergency repairmen with ladders.
“Many customers grumbled aloud that it was not right for the management of Sinomart not to subject the roof to integrity test before opening for business. It was an unfortunate oversight.”
As at the time of filing in this report, repair works were still being carried out alongside buying and selling.
Sinomart Superstore Ibadan is located at The Palms Shopping Mall, Ring Road/MKO Abiola Way, Ibadan, in the former Shoprite space and more.
