Actress Laide Bakare has expressed excitement over the re-election of Ademola Adeleke as Governor of Osun State.
Bakare, in a post on her Instagram page, thanked God for the victory, describing it as a win achieved against all odds.
She said the outcome was a testament to God’s faithfulness and power, while referring to Adeleke as their leader, father and governor of the people.
The actress congratulated Adeleke, saying his victory represented more than politics and served as a reminder that prayers are answered and that God stands by those who believe.
Bakare also appreciated those who supported the campaign through tense moments, uncertainty and sleepless nights, saying their faith and efforts would not be forgotten.
She urged supporters to celebrate the victory with humility, love and gratitude, and reaffirmed her support for Adeleke’s administration until 2030.

The Nollywood actress and filmmaker is Senior Special Adviser on Entertainment, Arts, Culture and Tourism to Governor Adeleke.
