Heavy downpour accompanied by ferocious wind has wreaked havoc in some parts of Ilorin, Kwara state capital.
The windy rain pounded the earth and destroyed property worth million of Naira.
Also affected was the two-bedroom apartment belonging mother of four widow in the metropolis.
The rainstorms, which started around 7pm, also destroyed residential houses and commercial structures in such areas as Akerebiata, Niger Road, Amilegbe and Unity Road all in the metropolis.
