Abraham Makes U-Turn Over Super Eagles Choice

Chelsea starlet striker, Tammy Abraham has admitted that Nigeria and England are battling for his services, and has not entirely ruled out playing for the Super Eagles after they secured their place at next summer’s World Cup.

Only last month, the England U21 star was quick to pledge allegiance to England over the Super Eagles after the Nigeria Football Federation publicly admitted they were on the brink of securing the services of the striker.

But there is a new development, with Abraham admitting that he’s ‘not too sure what is going on’, and reading between the lines he has not shut the door on Nigeria.

”There are a lot of things going on. For me that is a sign you are doing something right if Nigeria are fighting for you and England want you as well,” Abraham was quoted as saying by www.mirror.co.uk

”I’m happy right now and just want to keep playing my football.

”Nothing has happened. I’m not too sure what is going on.”

Born in South London, Tammy Abraham has racked up more than 30 appearances for England’s youth teams, but has yet to debut for the Three Lions.
