What can best be described as a palace coup has happened in Nigeria Football Federation as Chris Giwa has resumed office at the NFF Glass house as the new helmsmen.

He stormed the glass house with over 100 policemen to enforce the court judgment.

The embattled NFF boss, Amaju Pinnick was yet to be back in the country as he was still said to be away in Russia on World cup duties despite Eagles ouster from the mundial.

It would be recalled that, the Minister of Youths and Sports, Solomon Dalung had urged the Pinnick led group to respect the rule of law by negotiating with the aggrieved side that just secured judgement from the Appeal Court affirming their elections as real NFF executives.
