The strongman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Alhaji Taofeek Oyerinde Fele has been reported dead. He died on Tuesday.
This news was made available to PMParrot via a special release by the National President of NURTW Alhaji Najeem Yasin.
In the release, Yasin said said “it is unfortunate that the man of Peace is dead”.
He also announced that the Vice Chairman of the Union in the State, Alh. Abideen Olajide (aka Ejiogbe ) should be Acting as Chairman immediately. Alh Najeem Yasin who issued the release from Saudi Arabia said he will be coming back to the country immediately.
Alh Yasin said the death of AlhTaofeek Oyerinde is unfortunate at this time that the Union needs his service.
Fele had been in and out of treatment centers in the past one year.
