A new brand of Gospel music has been signed on by 51 Lex Records (an associate of Orchard distribution, affiliate to Sony Music Entertainment International) is now ready to rule the airwaves, homes and minds of every lover of creative originality.
It is GOSPEL MELODY INSPIRATION (G.M.I), a creation of Pastor (Mrs.) Funmilayo Adeleke a.k.a Oba Iye. GOSPEL MELODY INSPIRATION, as named, is a melodious brand of sounds that comprises high-tech instrumentation – Guitar, Keyboard, Percussions put together in a mid tempo speed.
According to Funmilayo Adeleke, Gospel Melody Inspiration is inspired by God to make a difference between her and other gospel musicians. “I did not start as a commercial Gospel musician, but inspired by God to use music to lift up the downtrodden” She enthused.
In an exclusive chat with the Executive Producer, Pastor Ademola D. Adeleke – it was not easy bringing up a team to work on the special music project as musicians and instrumentalists with ability to work on Gospel Melody Inspiration were selected from top back-up singers and highly rated instrumentalists. “All the same it is very pleasant working on this project, and Christians of all ages will love to listen to it” he says.
