The International Association of World Peace Advocates (IAWPA) has concluded plans to launch a new hashtag aimed at promoting peace in the country.
IAWPA, a leading group in the promotion of peace in the country said “we will mobilise all peace Ambassadors in the Country to ensure that peace is returned to the country after the violence that greeted the reported cases of killing of protesters by alleged military personnel at Lekki, Lagos State”.
The statement signed by the International Spokesman of the Association, Ambassador Emmanuel Nkweke said “we are also mobilising political leaders, religious leaders, peace Ambassadors, Justices of peace as well as celebrities to ensure that the hashtag gets the recognition it needs to promote peace in the country”.
