PMParrot/Parrot Xtra’s Olayinka Agboola and Dare Raji, recently had an encounter with the CEO of South West, Nigeria-based migration, travel and tours consultancy firm, Online Dynamix, Prince Wale Michael; he shared his view on why his organisation is collaborating with the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS) as the state-owned media outfit turns 40… Excerpts

Please tell us about your background?

My name is Prince Wale Michael; I was born some four decades ago in Ibadan. I had my secondary and University education here in Ibadan too. I started my business immediately after I left school. I once worked with the Oyo State Outdoor Agency before I left to start my private business, Online Dynamix firm, a migration travel and tours consultancy firm in 2007.

What services does your firm offer?

Online Dynamix is a one-stop shop for migration, travel and tour. For migration package, we have permanent residency program for Canada for skilled workers and traders. We also have the educational programs for applicants who intend studying for their undergraduate and postgraduate levels across Europe, America and Asia.

We also have the global connect program for those who intend to do business abroad or visit their family members for vacation.

How did the idea to collaborate with BCOS start?

Some ten years ago, BCOS celebrated its 30th year anniversary and that was when the idea was conceived. We were part of the partners with BCOS and we gave out one of the major prizes, which was an international trip to Dubai. The winner of that tournament was taken to Dubai on an exotic vacation.

This year, we decided to collaborate with them again to show our appreciation and to inform our friends, partners, prospective clients and well wishers that we are still in business.  It is a great privilege that we are still a force to be reckoned with because many businesses did not survive the last decade.

In order to show our appreciation to God, we decided to appreciate God through humanity by collaborating with BCOS again to give prizes to the winner of the beauty pageant.

Can you give us more details of your contribution concerning BCOS’ 40th anniversary?

The winner of the beauty queen will be awarded with an educational endowment fund of one million naira to study in any university of choice abroad.

Furthermore, the winner and runner up will be taken on international tour to Maldives, the tour is open to the public, and whoever is interested can join us to tour Maldives.

The program is starting this year to run through 2023. Interested applicants can apply to begin the process now.  We also have a local tour to a beautiful destination in the country for the first three winners.

What efforts are you making in terms of publicity to reach the public?

We are partnering with Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (FIBAN) Oyo and Osun State chapters, Nigeria Union of Journalist (NUJ), Oyo state council, South West Group of Online Publishers (SWEGOP), ParrotXtra Magazine in order for us to record good success. The beauty of the tour is for everyone to enjoy the experience of Maldives and the bilateral relationship, which the participants will enjoy and it will serve as long-term benefits.

What other plan is your firm having for the public?

We want to position Online Dynamix as a company of attraction for migration, travels and tours. We have been doing it and we are not going to relent in our efforts in spite of the hostile business environment. We are 17 years running in business and we promise to continue serving God and humanity with our skills and resources. You see, corporate social responsibility is also top priority to us at Online Dynamics.

Can you tell us what the government can do to help your kind of business?

The government should help Nigerians and endeavor to make the business environment more conducive. The government should address the issue of energy and security situations in the country.
