Government College, Ibadan’s Esuola Timothy defeated others recently to grab the winner’s laurels at the recently held Ibadan Secondary Schools’ Oratory Contest 3.0 staged by Ibukun Otesile‘s Hope for Second Chance Foundation (HOSEC).
The event, which was attended by Oyo State’s Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Prince Dotun Oyelade was held at IACD Library, American Corner, Magazine Road, Jericho, in the capital city of the state.
