All roads led to the historical Trenchard Hall located within the University of Ibadan on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 when the management and staff of one of Nigeria’s foremost radio stations, Splash 105.5fm and Lagelu 96.7fm celebrated the 85th birthday of the founder of the media outfits, Oba Adebayo Akande MFR.
The opportunity was also used to host the annual Splash FM’s 17th Anniversary lecture which was delivered by Chief Sunday Dare, CON, FNIS (Former Minister for Youths and Sports, Agbaakin of Ogbomoso land).
