The Olupole of Ipole Ekiti in Ekiti State, Oba Oladele Ezekiel Babalola (JP) Ekiti Kalesibe III has hailed the quit notice order given to the criminal Fulani herdsmen killing, abducting, raping and demanding for ransoms in Yorubaland by the popular Yoruba Activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Ighoho.
The monarch gave this hint while answering questions from the PMParrot in Efon Alaaye on Saturday afternoon at a public function.
Oba Oladele pointed out that the public should stop misconstruing the intention of Sunday Igboho who gave the quit notice order to the Fulani Herdsmen In Yorubaland.
He noted that “his quit notice order was only against those criminal Fulani Herdsmen perpetrating evil in Yorubaland and not against those who are doing their legitimate businesses in the Southwest Zone”.
Kabiyesi Olupole maintained that anytime that Sunday Ighoho comes to Ekiti State, that he would be welcomed regardless of whether he is being invited by the government or not.
He used the opportunity to call on politicians to show responsibility and “act very fast against the criminal activities of the Fulani Herdsmen in Yorubaland before things get out of hand”.
Oba Olupole commended the efforts and courage of Chief Sunday Adeyemo and advised other able Yoruba sons and daughters and warriors to rise up to the occasion and save the Yoruba Nation from being further plundered by the criminal Fulani Herdsmen.
