Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, iconic fuji musician, Dr Adewale Ayuba, actor, Muyiwa Ademola and several high society personalities stormed Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State on Sunday as prominent business tycoon, Isamat Adebayo Moses marked the fifth-year anniversary of the demise of his dad, Mr Isamat Adebayo Samuel.
The event, which also witnessed the official commissioning of Isamat Adebayo Moses’ event center, Manhattan Hall and the launching of Basco Trust Foundation was earlier preceded by a Church thanksgiving.
After officially commissioning the hall, Oba Akanbi expressed happiness that he is part of the success story of the Isamat Adebayo family.
“I am always delighted to be associated with the Isamat Adebayo family. My prayer is that God will continue to be with all the children left behind by Pa Isamat Adebayo Samuel.”
Another high point of the programme was when one of Pa Isamat’s daughters, Wuraola Adebayo read a very moving and inspiring remembrance speech that painted almost the full picture of how her late father built his business empire that Isamat Moses Adebayo and others are now building upon.
Other prominent personalities at the event included Chief Sunday Obiyinka of Extension Publications, Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Femi Solar, Kenny Blaq, Enitan Olusegun, Chief Abolade Salami and several others.
Late Pa Isamat Adebayo Samuel, the founder of Basco Nigeria Limited registered the business and today, his son, Isamat Adebayo Moses to a global business with tentacles spreading to far-away China, the United States of America, United Kingdom and several others.
