The Ibadan Zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes’ Commission (EFCC) has taken a leap off her previous achievements with a recovery of N277,931,341.31 (Two Hundred and Seventy Seven Million, Nine Hundred And Thirty One Thousand, Three Hundred And Fifty One Naira and Thirty One Kobo), between March last year to date.
The Acting Chairman of the Commission, Ibrahim Magu revealed this to journalists on Monday during a Press Conference at her Iyaganku, GRA, office in Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State.
The chairman who was represented at the occasion by Deputy Zonal Head, Kazeem Oseni, stressed that during the same period, reported cases to the office increased from 200 to 431 out of which 195 arrests were made and 50 of the cases are on going in courts.
